Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving Assignment.wmv
This is my attempt at explaining and describing the differences and similarities between Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving. I have learned a great deal about how difficult is it to articulate while you are being filmed. If we are not willing to try anything new then we will never create new ideas or solutions. Just one reason why this field of study is so important to the future. Thank-you.

Creative ZiiO 7" tablet's freaky audio problem (must see and listen)
Creative ZiiO 7" tablet's freaky audio problem (must see and listen)
This video shows the problem which my Creative ZiiO 7" has from the very first day. I was quite happy at the beginning and thought that this problem will go away, unfortunately it happens more often than before. 3 times from 5 when device is go to sleep mode or I power it off, the nasty loud noise is coming out from both speakers (as you may hear from video) This is not funny at all when it happens at night, when I read the books in my bed. Also the both speakers permanently emits "white noise" sound. The white noise level depends on LCD panel brightness. I work in electronics so I 'm at 100% sure that it's a HARDWARE problem, probably due to bad еlectromagnetic shielding. I've contacted Creative Labs regarding those audio problems, and asked for RMA, but they simply ignoring my request. They send me the email "we transmit your email to next level of support..." and that's all no more reply. They have ignored my request for RMA (Return Material Authorization) By the way, there is no phone or postal address to contact them (at least for Creative France). So, if you consider to purchase Creative ZiiO, I strongly advice you DO NOT PURCHASE , or you probably will regret it. Because if your device will have any problem, you will be unable to return the device.
